____________ in Stalna arbitraža pri GZS bosta podjetjem, ki se ukvarjajo s trgovinskimi posli med_________ in Slovenijo, priporočili vključitev naslednje arbitražne klavzule v pogodbe med takimi podjetji:

"Vse spore, ki bi lahko nastali med strankami iz te pogodbe ali v zvezi z njo bo reševala arbitraža v skladu z Arbitražnim sporazumom med___________ in Slovenijo. Kraj arbitraže bo v državi, kjer ima tožena stranka sedež ali stalno prebivališče, razen če se stranki drugače dogovorita. V primeru, da je toženec ___________ podjetje, bo arbitražni postopek vodilo Arbitražno sodišče pri Gospodarski zbornici ____________ v skladu z Arbitražnimi pravili Arbitražnega sodišča pri Gospodarski zbornici __________________. V primeru, da je toženec slovensko podjetje, se bo arbitražni postopek vodil pri Stalni arbitraži pri Gospodarski zbornici Slovenije v skladu s Pravilnikom o arbitražnem postopku pred Stalno arbitražo pri Gospodarski zbornici Slovenije."

______________ and the Permanent Court of Arbitration shall each recommend enterprises engaged in economic transactions between___________ and Slovenia the insertion of the following arbitration clause in contracts between such enterprises:

"All disputes that may arise between the parties out of or in relation to this contract shall be settled by arbitration under the________ - Slovenia Arbitration Agreement. The place of arbitration shall be, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the country in which the respondent resides. In case the respondent is an enterprise of ___________ the arbitration shall be conducted by ______________ in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules thereof. In case the respondent is an enterprise of Slovenia, the Arbitration shall be conducted by the Permanent Court of Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Permanent Court of Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia."
